Founder Christopher C. Festa has performed more than 5,000 appraisals in 8 counties within central and eastern
Massachusetts, including Cape Cod. With 7 years in the business, Mr.Festa is a Massachusetts Certified Residential
Appraiser with tested expertise in appraising 1-4 family homes, condominiums, new construction, and vacant land.
As a matter of policy, FAS provides same day order confirmation notices to clients as well as same
day communication with borrowers and real estate brokers, providing quick turnaround time. If there
is a delay of any kind, we notify the client promptly stating the reason. Once a property has been inspected, we can
assure that the completed report will be sent to the client within 1 to 5 business days.
FAS utilizes all available resources, including Banker and Tradesman Online, MLS Online, as well as online
assessor records to obtain accurate and precise information. We also routinely communicate with listing and selling
brokers to confirm details on particular homes and transactions. Reliable, accurate, and up-to-date information is the
